Ingredients
– 1-2 medium carrots
– Water (for steaming & blending)
Step – by- Step Method (include pictures at every step)
Step 1: Wash & Prep
Wash carrots thoroughly, peel and chop into small chunks
Step 2: Steam
Steam the carrots for 10-12 minutes until they are very soft and easily mash-able with a fork.
Step 3: Blend
Transfer the steamed carrots to a blender.
Add a little warm water and blend until smooth and lump-free.
Step 4: Adjust texture
Add more water if needed to achieve a smooth, pourable puree suitable for your baby’s stage.
Step 5: Cool & Serve
Allow to cool slightly before serving. Always test temperature before feeding.
Serving Tip
– Serve at room temperature
– Start with 1-2 teaspoons and gradually increase

Storage
Refrigerate in an airtight container for upto 48 hours.
Freeze in ice cube trays for up to 1 month.
Thaw and reheat gently; stir well before serving
