Ingredients

🥕 1-2 medium carrots

    🥕 Water (for steaming & blending)

Step – by- Step Method

Step 1: Wash & Prep 

Wash carrots thoroughly, peel and chop into small chunks

Step 2: Steam

Steam the carrots for 10-12 minutes until they are very soft and easily mash-able with a fork. 

Step 3: Blend

Transfer the steamed carrots to a blender.

Add a little warm water and blend until smooth and lump-free.

Step 4: Adjust texture

Add more water if needed to achieve a smooth, pourable puree suitable for your baby’s stage.

Step 5: Cool & Serve

Allow to cool slightly before serving. Always test temperature before feeding.

Serving Tip

  • Serve at room temperature
  • Start with 1-2 teaspoons and gradually increase
  • Always feed with supervision

Storage 

  • Refrigerate in an airtight container for upto 48 hours.
  • Freeze in ice cube trays for up to 1 month.
  • Thaw and reheat gently; stir well before serving
