Ingredients:
1 medium-sized sweet potato
Water or breast milk/formula (as needed)

Step 1: Wash & Peel

Rinse the sweet potato thoroughly and peel off the skin.
Step 2: Cut

Chop into small cubes for even cooking.
Step 3: Steam

Place the cubes in a steamer basket over boiling water. Steam for 10-15 minutes or until tender.
Step 4: Blend

Transfer the cooked sweet potato to a blender. Add a splash of water, breast milk, or formula. Blend until
smooth.
Step 5: Cool & Serve

Tips:
For older babies (8-9 months), mash instead of blending for a chunkier texture.
